This is my second time with ship a car direct and it was great! I was in communication with my case representative Matt and I spoke to him over the phone and email and he was always quick in getting back to me. My car arrived in great condition and it actually arrived 2 days earlier than we originally had planned. The payment process was easy, you just placed a down payment first by credit car and then pay the rest in cash to the driver once they deliver your vehicle. This was my second car coming from NJ to CA and its a long trip but it has been a smooth process for me every time.
