I needed my car moved quick. I was contacted by someone, and a time was set for pickup and drop off. During Drop-off I changed my time. And the crew handled it well. My only difficulty is they wanted cash or direct pay. Didn't take credit card. But they warned me ahead of time - so it wasn't a surprise.
