I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. My agent was Wade and he was super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He was responsive and made me feel like they wouldn't leave me hanging! The actual car shipping company I was connected with was not super communicative, however my car showed up with absolutely no issues, and I knew that if I needed to I could contact Ship a Car Direct for help with getting in touch with the car shipping company.
