Renee helped us out, and she kept us informed about the status of assignment/pickup. We were given an estimate of 1-5 days to pickup, and the vehicle was picked up the third business day. It then arrived at the final destination the same day it was picked up. The entire process took 5 total days (not business days), which was fantastic. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
