Ship a car direct is a responsible dispatcher as far as I'm concerned. They were actively seeking a truck to get my Mazda miata transported. I have to accommodate for a date change but I think that's because the truck driver drives faster than I do. The truck driver was responsible and arrived in a timely manner but he chanrged 10 bucks more than the contract. I assumed that was for the tip but he should let us know instead of charging that directly. Overall as a dispatcher, ship a car direct did a good job and the overall experience is pretty good.
