My experience in booking couldn’t have been better. I had a lot of questions, but I also got a lot of good answers. Working with the carrier went relatively well, too. The pickup and drop-off went smoothly. A better estimate on pick-up date would have been appreciated (was delayed by 1 day, which we learned that afternoon). The vehicle was quoted to arrive on a Wednesday. I had a call the prior Monday that it could be delivered later that day. Due to a snow storm, it arrived Tuesday morning instead. Communication about the date changes was relatively good and I had the impression the company was relatively flexible if I couldn’t have accommodated.
