The overall process was easy and straightforward. Ship a Car Direct was fast and great at communicating. The only part that was inconvenient was the payment upon completion (the payment after you receive your car). There was no clear method of payment - the information from Ship a Car Direct did not exactly match the information from the carrier. This was a bit confusing. It was also difficult to obtain the payment (cash, money order, Zelle app) because I have a small regional bank with no locations where I moved.
