The most important thing is that they got my BMW X3 from KS to CA and it arrived exactly as it was picked up. The only complaint I have is that the 3rd party carrier was a no-show and then called me next day with just 30 minutes notice to meet the car hauler. I had to really scramble to get the car to them. Also on delivery, no day-ahead notice. They basically just surprised me at 10pm with my car.
