The experience is pretty good. Scheduling was smooth. They were able to find me a driver right way (I called Monday and the car is scheduled for shipping Tuesday, impressive!)
And when the first shipping company found for me fell through due to my own reason, ship-a-car direct found me another shipper quickly and no extra charge!
