My car was scheduled for shipping and the day of I had not heard from the moving company. I called up my rep and he discovered that last minute there was an issue with the carrier. They cancelled that carrier immediately and found a new carrier for us hassle free! Our car still shipped out that day and made it to our destination in record time.
