After booking it was a bit quiet, then as the pick up date was only a couple of days out communications kicked in and arrangements were confirmed very quickly.
Car was picked up and on its way on time and the driver let me know the exact time he would be there.
Later in the week I got a message from the driver saying the delivery would be the morning of the next day but I was still travelling across the country, so he kept the car on the transporter and delivered it two days later.
Nothing too traumatic, the car was fine and the price was as expected.
