John was quick to respond to my questions as this was my first car shipping experience. He explained the process and I felt comfortable with it. Within 1 day, I was assigned a carrier and 2 days later the driver called me to arrange for a meeting time and place. Driver was courteous and was flexible with timing. Received my car today, paid the driver and DONE! No issues. Will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again when I am ready to ship my next car.
