Ultimately me and my family decided to go with this company because we saw personal names attached to it. Everything was laid out on the table very clearly by the people here, and when we had questions we got very prompt and clear responses back. I personally felt very comfortable communicating my needs, concerns, and questions. Once everything was ready to go for shipping, I was just as comfortable talking to my assigned driver about their time estimations and processes. The only thing was my car was 4-7 days past its estimate, but I acknowledge how chaotic things are right now. All the more reason I was happy to see my car at its destination in the same condition it left in. I very much appreciate everyone that helped to get my car to where I needed it.
