The whole process was super easy and pretty fast. It took about 1 day to get the quote and then about a week to actually get any confirmation if there is a driver picking up the car. To be honest, I wished the employees working at Ship A Car Direct communicated more with me. I had to take the initiative to call them about the whole process (it was my first time shipping a car). It was quite funny because the email said that "Matt" knew of my quote and all I had to do was give him the order #. But every time I called, Matt would ask me who helped me and I would have to say him because "Matt" was the one that sent me the email. I assume all the emails are automatic. The only thing I was really happy about was the fact that they contacted a good driver and provided the Driver Contact information. I was able to constantly be in contact with the driver.
