Ship a Car Direct was great at keeping in touch and orchestrating the move of my vehicle from my friend's house in VA to WA while I am away on deployment. They were accommodating to all parties involved. I was lenient on delivery time, so I didn't mind a delay in pick up but they reassured me they were doing everything they can to make a smooth transaction.
