My experience with Ship a Car Direct was excellent! I was contacted by David and he was extremely helpful and informative as this was my first time using a transport service. I placed the order only a week before my preferred pick up date.
Car was picked up on the same day as I preferred (I was informed the day before about pick up time) and delivered on time without any damages. I used the app for pick up/delivery inspection as proof and it was user friendly. The car was transported by America NS Auto Transport company and they were very professional.
Overall my experience with Ship a Car Direct was professional and worry-free.
