This process was smooth as can be. They had a comprehensive damage review process implemented through an app that had picture reports sent to you before the car shipped and after as well. The carrier took no more than 36 hours to deliver my car from the day it was picked up and was super in communicating how much space was needed to load/unload the car.
Con: The only con I would mention is having to pay the carrier portion in cash rather than through an online transaction. Due to COVID, paying people in cash is less sanitary.
