I learned about Ship a Car Direct after a Google search listed them in the top 5. I was a little a skeptical. I completed the estimate form and received feedback immediately. I still had some questions after watching the videos, reading reviews, etc. I left a message for the Service Representative, Christina who called me back and answered all of my questions and helped me better understand the process. I scheduled my pick up and received updates via email about the status of the search for a courier. A courier was identified and they were equally receptive and accessible. If a call was missed they called back. Ship a Car Direct checked in with me via email throughout to confirm pick up and receipt of my vehicle.
I was very impressed and appreciative of the service from start to finish.
