I had a great experience from start to finish. John was my contact person; I had many questions about the shipping process, since this was my first time and also my car was going to be transported from west coast to East coast. He was prompt to respond to my emails with very thorough answers. A great representative to work with; very polite and professional. The driver was punctual with picking up and delivering the car. Even though I took lots of pictures before the car was picked up, I liked that the driver took detailed pictures of my car himself before loading it to his truck. He emailed them immediately to me. My car was delivered safely on the promised date. I would not hesitate to call them again if I ever need it.
