Ship-a-Car Direct is in outstanding company. From the beginning to the end, their customer support department was spectacular. All my correspondence with them, Mostly by phone, with the exception of some of their helpful online resources, were positively good experiences. They set me up with a vehicle carrier company named Gorman Transportation, which at first there was some skepticism over how quickly A transport could be found and who would volunteer to collect my car from the dealership since it was in a remote area. This carrier proved to be extraordinary and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in delivery of my brand new Shelby GT 350 R. In other words, The collaborative Efforts of both Ship-a-Car Direct and their respective carrier made for a truly remarkable experience that I would highly recommend and would use time and time again.
