I had a relatively short distance move (120 miles) for my classic car. Working with Ship a Car Direct was a great experience. The coordinator from Ship a Car Direct kept me updated and the handoff to the transport company was smooth. The company they assigned me to was amazing. We've had some bad experiences in the past with the drivers failing to communicate, being late, etc. The driver kept me updated on his arrival time with updates 2 hours before, 30 minutes before, and 5 minutes before arrival. Loading was smooth and easy. I received updates on arrival at the destination 30 minutes and 5 minutes before. In the end the cost I paid was less than I expected and the service I received was much greater than expected. I would absolutely use this service again for future moves.
