So I will be completely honest and say my entire experience. The drivers truck broke down the day of pickup and we received no communication. We were leaving town the next day and he called in the morning. He ended up picking the cars up after we left. The entire process was much more frustrating than usual because we left town expecting a strict pick up date. The cars arrived perfectly today and the driver was nice but my only complaint is the lack of communication throughout the process. Most important is that the cars arrive undamaged as I have had terrible experiences in the past. So that gets 4 stars but timing and communication are where I felt I was let down... Interestingly enough they did follow up quite a bit today so perhaps it was just a weird week.
