My initial consult with Lauren was great- she was informative and attentive. The match making process was done on time and she was able to find me a transport company to pick up on my desired date.
During the transport I had some questions so I called the customer service number but it was somehow sent to a call center in India and unlike Lauren who was able to provide real information, the call center guy just read me back things that I could find on the website. I eventually got in touch with the driver directly but I feel like the “support team” during transport was not as helpful as your “sales team.”
