For starters, they were helpful on the phone without being aggressive (like some others), just felt sincere, and ready to serve... if chosen. That was great, and made me feel comfortable. Then, upon hiring them, they took care of me in 20 min! I couldn't believe they set it up so fast. And with a very good quality transporter. Smooth, from beginning to end. Thanks!
