We transported two cars from Connecticut to Colorado. The car carrier service that won our bid was fantastic. They brought the car carrier to a neighboring street so we could walk back and dropped them off on our street at our new home. The cars arrived safely and in the same great condition they left. The car carrier was a little more expensive than originally quoted so Wade gave us a discount of $200 which I very much appreciated. The only reason that the service was four stars instead of five was that we didn't find out that our cars would be picked up until the day before which made us very nervous. We had to keep calling to find out when our cars would be picked up since we had a hard deadline. We did give a 5-7 day window and our cars were picked up during that window. Overall, Ship a Car Direct was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to ship their cars.
