Used Ship a Car Direct to get a car from SF Bay Area to Asheville NC. I contacted them about 2 weeks prior that the car would be available to ship on 9/8. Received a call from them a few days in advance indicating they had a driver available to pick up 9/7, just to check and see if that would work. Told them it wouldn't and they said no problem, other drivers would be available in my window. My plans changed and I contacted John by email on the afternoon of 9/6 (the Sunday of Labor Day weekend) that car would now be available on 9/7 if the driver was still in the area, Received response later that day that they would check. I received an email the next morning that they arranged for driver to pick up on 9/7, which went seamlessly. Car was delivered on 9/11 as promised, and that also went seamlessly. My whole experience with them was fantastic and would highly recommend them based on my experience.
