I appreciated being able to book directly online. When I had questions, I was able to call and email Lauren, who was readily available to discuss the process and answer my questions. I had a slight miscommunication with my carrier a few days before pickup, but it was quickly figured out and all was smooth sailing afterwards! Delivery was ahead of schedule which was great for my needs.
