First time car shipper here. I used ship a car direct on my move from Florida to Ohio. I was very happy with the process of using their online portal to ship. This company is fantastic with emails keeping you up to date on the process and next steps. Scott, my broker was very good...great explanations and very understanding with my questions. One thing that I did not like was the fact that my final price was higher than the original quote. Quoted $875 final price was $1025. Understand that it might turn out that way due to shipping factors. You have to pay going rates to get it done. They do try their best to get the quote right the first time. Also, understand that the window for pick up (and I guess delivery too) is just that...a window. Mine came later than I would have liked...car available on Thursday, picked up on Monday. This can happen depending on where you are and what time of year, and where you are going. Auto transport driver was very nice, understand that you have to be a little flexible with the timing as they are picking up and going from place to place. Shipment itself was very fast. Overall I was very happy with my experience. This is the first time for me to ship a car, so it was a learning experience. I do recommend this company for your consideration.
