The entire process is smooth. They do not have hidden extra charges and the fee calculated in my quote call is exactly what I paid for. John did an excellent job in keeping me updated of who was the carrier, when my vehicle was picked up, and when it would be delivered. The driver also called before delivery. Overall it was a good process except that the carrier didn't close my hood after handing my vehicle to me.
