First time using Ship-A-Car-Direct and everything went smoothly! Be aware that despite its name, you are dealing with a broker. That said, this a very organized outfit with clear and "fun" communication. I was kept abreast of all updates from beginning to end. The actual transporter that was dispatched was stellar!
