This process was pretty simple from beginning to end. I needed my car shipped from South FL to AZ. I requested an estimate and received it rather quickly, then once I place the order for my car to be shipped someone reach out to me by both email and phone. Although my car was not picked up on the earliest pick up day requested due to a decrease in available drivers during this pandemic, the company remained in contact with me providing me with updates to ensure that I was not forgotten. Days prior to my pickup date the driver, Darrell, had called me to confirm the location and give an approximate time. My car arrived 2 days earlier than expected in great condition- no damage. The drop off driver, Sean, made it a point to call me directly to let me know the approximate time and distance he was at prior to dropping off my vehicle right in front of my house. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. This was my first time shipping a car and I would definitely use this company again.
