I’m a planner. I watched all the videos which are very helpful. I called 3 months in advance of the move on the edge of the pending Pandemic to get more information.
With due diligence on my part, the process was fairly smooth with a small bump in the road as our pick up date approached due to communication. However, it was quickly resolved and the transport was successful.
They really do pick up and deliver directly. The carrier transported the vehicle 4000 miles and met our timeline.
I would recommend as a way to transport vehicles with peace of mind.
