I contacted over 10 auto transport brokers before transporting my car. I liked how Ship A Car Direct made the process clear to me upfront. They were competitively priced. Once I decided to move forward with Ship A Car Direct the communication with Christina was outstanding. She walked me through every step and whenever I had a question I could call her directly and she answered right away. I also liked the app made for documentation. The carrier that transported the car was professional and also excellent communication with drop off details. They made the pick up happen second day in the 7 day window. I was very pleased with everything!
