Process was easy and convenient. I used the app to take my before and after pictures, which helped me feel protected. My only gripe, and this isn’t really a function of ShipACarDirect, is that you don’t get your pickup date until a few days beforehand. I just wish that pickups could be scheduled with actual date/times further in advance. But other than that, everything was super simple and stress free
