We had a car shipped from California to Illinois. John, the agent who took care of our shipping arrangements was very cordial and responsive. This was our first time shipping a car. We didn't realize that the shipping dates agreed upon were very much an estimation rather than a certainty. Hence, pick up and delivery dates were later than we were originally expecting. In addition, the final shipping cost was $175 more than the original quote. Other than that, everything went as arranged. All in all, we are satisfied with the shipment.
