I had a pretty good car shipment experience with Ship A Car Direct. Their rates were competitive and the responses from employees including John were relatively prompt. The one issue I had was during the time period around the pickup of the vehicle. I called the assigned carrier and they were unaware of my order. I called the 24 hour hotline and the employees were able to clarify my issue and pushed the pickup by one day. However the next day, I got a call from the actual driver who had expected to pick up my car on the original date. This caused confusion so I wish there had been clearer communication. Other than thought, I had a good experience and would recommend a close look at Ship a Car Direct for your car shipment needs.
