This is my first time shipping a car and was overwhelmed with all the information out there that we need to think about- cost- upfront? and estimate?, insurance- what's covered and what's not, the BOL form, scheduling etc etc. Then I came to know about Ship a Car Direct through my friend and submitted a quote. Within an hour, I got a quote from Scott and got in touch with him, who I would say was very upfront in clearly explain the process and taking the time to so patiently answer all of questions I had. The cost estimate provided by ShipACar direct was upfront-no hidden costs and provide 100% damage free protection. Above all this, through every step of the process, starting out with when I was waiting for my car to get picked up, during transit and delivered, there was constant communication from Scott and his team, providing guidance regarding the next steps. Overall, THUMBS UP and would totally recommend.
