Communication over the phone was quick and easy. Communication via email was quick and easy. My only complaint was that the driver's communication was not great. Only provided a form and asked for signature. Didn't walk through the form or walk around the car or say anything other than where to sign and even that small conversation was confusing and hard to understand. I guess that's not the broker's fault, though.
