I needed to ship my car from Texas to Washington state. This is my 1st time shipping a car and the experience went super smoothly. John is super helpful, he answered all of my questions quickly. I got assigned with American Eagle Transportation (driver's name is Edward) about 2-3 days before the available pick-up date. At first, I was worried if my car will be delivered a little behind my schedule since it was picked up 2 days later than the available pick-up date. However, that was not the case! They need a 2-3 day window to pick up and that's normal. I arrived in Washington on Friday evening at 7 pm and my car was delivered at 10 pm. Edward was very nice and friendly, and responsive via text/call. If you're worried about the schedule like me, you can trust these guys. They deliverer fast. In terms of pricing, I think it's alright. I got quote from other 3-4 brokers and they are similar. Overall, I am very happy with the service and recommend it!
