A painless experience overall. Here's why: Cons: - Took a long time (about 2 weeks or so) to even line up a carrier. Not necessarily the company's fault. This is a 'broker' so they have to rely on a carrier willing to pick up the contract where your car is located. No carrier, no car. - Cashiers check needed for final payoff at time of pick up. Pros: - Not a lot of unnecessary emails (like some of the other companies I contacted). - No phone calls. - Competitive price. - Rebate offered. - Minimum $$ up front. - Carrier driver very nice and concerned about his job (Ro-way Express). - Good support system: - Vetted drivers (?) - Damage coverage - Contact info ** Did not need to use many of the support systems, so can't speak to that.
