I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again for future car transport needs. Starting with the Sales team, they walked me through the process and what to expect - I found Renee to be very collaborative in trying to get us to a price point that would work for all parties. The website is very informative - highly recommend watching the videos. My driver initially wanted to meet closer to the highway, which was a 25 min drive for me. After watching a video, I learned that the drivers should get as close as they physically can to your destination address - they are driving these large trucks that haul multiple cars so they just need a parking lot big enough to turn around in. We found a grocery store only 10 min away which we settled on. Having the video made me feel comfortable pushing back on the driver to meet me closer. Overall great experience!
