There was a good amount of communication from Ship A Car Direct with basic information. Once I got connected with a transport communication was a bit more inconsistent (they didn't give me a day's notice for picking up the car, and my car was picked up a few days early from my estimated range) but my car did arrive safely and undamaged. I would likely use them again.
