We shipped a car cross country to our Marine son who returned from deployment. I shopped many shippers and Ship A Car Direct seemed to be the best because 1) They posted educational video on their website so people like me who never shipped a car can understand the process; 2) They have a smart phone app so I could share the pictures of the car at turn in with my son who received it; 3) they don't shuffle cars through depots; the same truck that picks it up drops it off; 4) prices were very similar but Ship A Car Direct had better customer service and gave me the confidence in their process; 5) Success, the driver was nice and polite at pickup and delivery and the car was delivered in good shape. You can book with Ship A Car Direct and be confident that they have a good process and will follow it as they say on their website.
