While I was initially concerned by the lack of communication from Ship a Car Direct, that changed as soon as I placed my order. They picked up my car on time & delivered it a day early! The company (Erin & Bill’s from Buffalo, NY) always updated me & gave me the driver’s persona numbers in case I had any questions. It was reassuring to have someone to talk to especially during times of COVID-19.
