Flawless experience, especially during Covid-19 pandemic. All paperwork was handled electronically which I was grateful for so we didn't have to touch anything with the driver. Fast delivery across country. We were going from LA to Chicago and it got there in 5 days. Very happy overall. Car arrived perfectly.
