Had another company at first. After a week of them being flaky I called this company. Within 2-3 days that had someone picking up my Honda Civic SI. About 3 days later my car arrived after having traveled from CA to KS, and not a scratch on it. Had other people I knew as contacts to deal with the driver at pick up and drop off since I couldn't be present and still no problems. Customer service and communication is good as well. Even though they are a brochure, I would highly recommend this company.
