It took a little longer than expected to have my car picked up and transported but it eventually did. I was able to get in contact with some one at Ship a Car to get an update at any time. They also provided updates via email and text-message, which I love. The carrier was also great, they let me reach out to them via text and phone as well! Would definitely use again if I need to!
