Had to get a car to AZ. Was trying to figure out whether to drive it or ship it. The trip would have been over 20 hours, so decided to ship it. But putting something of value in someone else's hands does not sit well with me. Did some research and decided to use Ship a Car Direct. Was inputting information for a quote and found that the destination was not one they ship to. Called Scott to see if there were any options and he had a very viable solution. Here's what I liked... Scott answered his phone when I called. We all know how the automated systems work, or leave a voice mail option, but Scott answered the call and was right on it. Once I made the decision to go with SACD, things happened very quickly. The transport company we used was already vetted by SACD, so I didn't have to slog through multiple companies and their reputations. . I met the owner of the transport company and it just confirmed my decision. I would, without a second thought, use SACD again. Thanks for making it easy and for keeping the lines of communication open.
