Great communication by John - he was so quick to respond to emails and easy to reach by phone. He helped me every step along the way and explained the whole process thoroughly. The company that they used for my car was great. Also very communicative. I would advise others to make sure you are prepared to be flexible with pick up and drop off dates and times.
