I used this service for a cross country move where I had a 3 day window in which to ship my car. I reached out by email a week before the window and did not hear anything back. Once this window had been reached and I had not heard from Ship a Car about a carrier, I reached out to Wade and was unable to reach him for a day. Once I was able to reach him there was only a day left in the shipping window, but he was able to find a carrier to transport my car on that day. This carrier did end up costing more than the price I was quoted originally. Luckily it worked out in the end and the car arrived undamaged in the quoted time, and I wasn't in a situation to arrange for someone else to store/hand over my car after I had already left the city. If you are someone who likes to have a schedule around which to plan things, this may not be the best for you. If you have a wider window in which to ship your car, you may be comfortable with how things are done here.
